It might have been an interesting series if it hadn't pretended to be anything like the book from which it took it's name.
I couldn't take any more after the 9th episode; the story is nothing like the book at all, it's just a scifi melodrama that claims the same central premise and has people wearing the same names. Hell, they're almost *mocking* Asimov by making one of the first important characters in the book into some kind of psychic-powered superhuman... the very quality of the character in the books that nearly destroyed the Foundation because psychohistory couldn't account for individuals.
If you never read Asimov, go ahead and watch this, you'll probably enjoy it. The production quality is high, the acting is pretty good, and the CGI is certainly top-shelf.
If you've read the books, don't waste your time, you'll be extremely disappointed.
