CGI at times was very good, although it was mostly bad. Why did producers went with CGI as regular traffic? So much green and blue screen, so much over the top violence without any class or purpose. It's pitty, movie had a potential with class A actors, but fell short and is in essence ironic representation of the title - havoc. Sorry, not worth a watch.
