Am giving this poor rating based on the online signup process for memberships. BEWARE! This is a very confusing process and there is NO communication back from Americas Test Kitchen on your membership status. There are multiple memberships to choose from and each has a its own price. ATK NEVER even sends an email back confirming what you have so trying to cancel is almost impossible. Personally I feel that the free trial is a "hook" to get you into the system and then they have you.
