As a DEI professional in higher education, Iโve grappled with the concept of "white guilt" and the divisive tactics often used to address systemic racism. Matt Walsh's, Am I Racist? hilariously shines a light on the harmful impact that this โwhite fragilityโ narrative can create, furthering division instead of fostering unity. As a non-white individual, I found myself laughing out loud throughout the film, appreciating his bold, refreshing approach. Walsh does a fantastic job of exposing some of the misguided efforts within DEI work that often miss the mark. This film is a must-see for everyone, and I highly recommend it for its humor and its ability to spark meaningful conversations.
