I have become saddened to see that the use of profanity has become a part of the tenor among some of the Game Day team. While definitely a show about college football, I have always seen Game Day as a family type show. No more. I have heard 3 members of the panel choose to us profane language of a heavier duty in their comments. I'm shocked, really. Since when and why is this OK? Does ESPN take no responsibility for program content? Given the level of experience on that panel, surely a less offensive and more acceptable vocabulary can be used to talk about the slate of games on a given Saturday. I think we all see our country's values and morals taking a huge tumble. Too many behaviors are now acceptable Sad to see Game Day leaning that way too. I'm really sad about it - I have loved Game Day - til now.
