It is a snapshot in time as a compendium of all existant (Western) knowledge of 16th century; Kramer cites thinkers from all accepted dogmas and uses their treatments to prove that witches exist are evil and are more often women. As far as it's objectivity it is bias to a degree gross; virtually useless once the Abrahamic duality is dismantled.
