Ignore the negative reviews. This is a book for our time (and the pandemic handily offers a perfect backdrop). It’s a story about people, parenting and human interaction. It’s about our relationship with technology and who we trust. If you accept climate change is real and human division across the world is increasing daily, if the apocalypse arrived, how would you expect to find out and what would you do?
So this story considers how it might affect six individuals. I enjoyed it.
