I don't see this movie as entertainment as such.
It's an excellent portrayal of the type of ecosystem that supports horrible abuses of power. We tend to focus on the villains at the top (who hopefully, eventually get caught), but fail to realize it takes a community of dysfunction to allow and perpetuate this type of behavior. It's great that we never see the boss. His identity is left wide open. He could be anyone in any industry. Many women who have worked in corporate environments will identify with the lead character - down to the most minute detail. This is a fantastic movie. I'm sure those involved knew it was an important movie to make and I'm glad they did.
