Few games blend so many different genres successfully. Open world, action, rpg, strategy. State of Decay 2 does it all. But the single most important reason that I give this game 5 stars is because the developer, Undead Labs is constantly tweaking and improving the game. They truly listen and engage with the community. If you haven’t given this game a try, please do. It is one of just a few games that I return to year after year because of the enjoyment it provides and the simple charm and personality of it.
