My experience with sea of thieves, is different than any other game I've played. I played from the start. When i first got in game, I met a friend. We played for almost 3 hours running around grabbing chickens, fighting skeletons going to different islands and grabbing chests. We had so much fun and seeing the changes of the game happen week by week. It was a small community of players who enjoyed the game. players grinded and grinded untill someone hit pirate legend, unlocking the pirate legend hideout and unlocking more about the game. there were athena quests to do and there was always something you were achieving whilst playing. eventually after the 1 year anniversary, im proud to say that this game has made a change in my life. i met my best friend i've ever met on xbox. we still play today on xbox all the time. sea of thieves has got to be a 5 star game.
