This movie should be rated R. The beginning is entertaining, but soon takes a dark turn, so much that at one point I thought I was sitting in a horror film. The main message I got was this is just about a mother whose grief has taken her beyond help, and no good message comes from this for mothers who are dealing with this. And sometimes the creativity of the movie is just weird. The actors themselves did a great job. It’s not their fault the creative side needs some work, and the rating should warn moms to expect nightmares from young kids.

This is an interesting show that is compared to the original social experiment in 1973. You see clips of the captains log, and guess what, it actually follows some of the same issues from back then. It’s almost like we haven’t learned to communicate with each other at all. I like the missions they go on to earn the money. I don’t think it’s fair one person has the ability to steal $50,000 for themselves after all the work the others have done together. The cast of people are mainly younger people with not much life experience, so Tara and Maddie need to learn to make their own decisions and not follow Maddie’s fear based thinking - this is what begins mob mentality. Lashanna did mention she sometimes leads with a dictatorship but she was apologizing for it and never said she was a dictator. Summer was an interesting person but she quickly jumps on being a victim and doesn’t give others a chance to get close to her and then blames everyone else. I would have liked to see this group stay and try to work out their differences but nobody was willing. All three should have left if that’s the case - Summer, Maddie snd Lashanna. The rest of the episodes remain to be seen so I can’t say yet if I can say I love this show. But it is very interesting so far!
