For those YAs in school, this book is on the Accelerated Reader list. I picked up this book because I love stories about time travel. Well, this book really has nothing to do with that. It's a very interesting concept, but I would've liked to have seen the story and characters developed a lot more. Even after reading the book, there still were so many things I didn't know about the main character, Jessie, let alone the other characters. Apparently, this is the author's 1st book. Hopefully, she improves as she writes more. There were so many details that were glossed over. It made for a pretty quick read, but also a little confusing at times. I didn't get bored - I didn't have time! I already have the "companion" book (Falling Out of Time), & am looking forward to reading it. It's longer, so, hopefully, better crafted.
