Dunkirk was brilliant. Visually and story wise. Some people may say things about that it wasn't totally accurate and was overly heroic. But the battle Dunkirk was something big and many people did make sacrifices for the troops.
So I believe the movie rightfully showed it while also making it enjoyable to watch.
