I am usually quite positive about these services. However, I took a stagecoach from Glasgow to Edinburgh on news years day and my open return ticket was not valid and I had to pay an additional ยฃ20. I understand that this is public holiday, but this is outrageous. To add to it there is only one service every hour, instead of every 15 minutes. Do better and stop ripping people off!
