As a life-long Godzilla fan (I own all but 2 of the movies and have seen every Toho kaiju movie to date), I was absolutely thrilled by this movie. It fulfills all the fantasies I had as a kid and gave these monsters the respect they deserved. Great action scenes and average to above-average human acting. Very enjoyable film. Probably top-5 Godzilla film of all time.
Also, Ghidorah is a baaaaaaaad man. Love how sinister they portray him in this movie after he was portrayed almost comically in the Showa-era films.
