SPOILER WARNING if not seen The movie is good and it was creative to put it in a different time frame with a love like atmosphere being made. The only gripes I had were the dialogue and the crazy camera movements in certain scenes. The dialogue doesn’t fit with the time frame that is being shown with it being in the 90s but if you wanted to keep the dialogue from the source material it would make more sense for it to be in the original time frame. The crazy camera movement mainly occurs during the opening scene and the Romeo chase scene near the end which just makes me nauseous from cutting to this chopper to that set piece and the shaking of the camera when in the air. Overall it is still a good movie and I would’ve given it 5 stars if I didn’t have those gripes.
