REL is hilarious. Great stories about her band and her up bringing. Shares insight on how she struggled with her own mental health. Nice blend of humor to make the subject matter a breeze to read. Must read if you love Icon for Hire, or even if you want to read a book regarding mental health and how to combat it. Highly recommend.
