Having grown up with men who were there, both at Pearl Harbor, Coral Sea, and Midway, I see nothing wrong with the way this film portrays history. My uncle was one of the few to survive the sinking of the Arizona at Pearl Harbor.
This is far from "American Jingoism".
By the grace of God, a few good men provided the rest of us the opportunity for a better future.
