You kept Cort (sp?) on the original NCIS WAY TOO LONG!!! He was a villain and not that great of an actor. Then, you kill off Reeves who was one of the best actors that ever graced the cast! In addition to Ziva who was outstanding!! Your casting compliment needs an upgrade. My 2 $.
