One of the worst movie finals Iโve ever seen. It was full of time killing. And not to mention the 90 times they played a clip from one of the past movies to show how sad and lonely Hardin is. I can really appreciate the relationship that reformed between him and his partner from the past. And I really like the idea of Hardin being a successful writer and branching off on his own. But it just felt like another movie where Hardin is chasing Tessa. And the worst part of it all, whenever they actually come into contact once again. There is maybeโฆ.MAYBEโฆ3 minutes of dialogue between each other. Tess hates Hardin the whole movie and then falls in love with him again after he says she has an eye for wedding stuff. Then they get together alone to talk, and almost immediately start having sex. That was so disappointing to me. Like they donโt talk for months on end and when they come back together the first thing they do is have sex. And then that โintense connectionโ shoves Hardin all the way to proposing. Then right after that, a time jump, and then the end. This movie made no sense to me and it showed the worst representation of a loving and powerful relationship in any movie ever. It almost feels like the directors just HAD to finish the series and pushed this out of production. It was seriously such a disappointing ending to their love story. I also know they are based from books, but the book had to have been better than that. And I sure hope they have a little more conversation before having sex right away in the book.
