This book is a great motivational self-help guide to happiness. As if that will last long. As I read through the book I kept waiting for the name of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. Didn't happen! "Holy moments" was mentioned throughout every page, but no mention Christ. We cooperate with God like He needs our help. Not a book I would recommend for a LCMS Lutheran. All good things come from God through the Holy Spirit. Through God's grace alone, by faith alone.
