As a fan of sci-fi movies, I enjoyed the story, concept, character buildups.
Even the cross-dimensional love connection with his daughter, coupled with a flair of quantum physics and divine touch, were okay.
For me, it went sideways when i noticed Matt McConaughey kept his sun tan till the end of a 2.49hr movie and over 20 years in space.
When they reached the ice planet, and released Matt Damon, the cryo container looks like a bathtub with white tiles deco (walls too), also the room is unrealistically large for a space station.
The angular robot was original but the design was unrealistic in practical terms.
Finally, at the end, when Matt plays with the harp cords and wrist watch hands to communicate in morse with his daughter, that was a bit much.
At the end of the day, i respect tremendously this movie for generating so much opinions and critics.
Regardless if you love it or hate it, people are still writing about it ๐
