Sensitive, good crafting of the film. Characters portrayed are well represented by the actors, befitting the central context of grief. The lead figure's conflicted personality unfolds engagingly. A little stretched storyline. But the film captivates from start to finish. Good view!

An insider written novel that presents legal workings around crime in its genuine intricacies of practice. Pretty real, pretty classic.
But what also stands out is the language Turow adopts that probably accurately reflects the world it depicts. The metaphors are finely crafted and unique.
The story is compelling and doesn't allow the reader to ease off the pedal-to-the-metal reading pace.
Scott Turow has finely honed the art of presenting a very interesting whodunnit plot.
