This show is not funny and the sound of Archana Puran Singh big loud gobby laugh is so damn irratating. Itโs like the show is solely for her. She should stay at home and watch YouTube videos. No one wants to hear her obnoxious HAH HAH HUH every 5 damn second. Its intelligence and charisma is aimed at three year olds. This guy and his sketches are awful. I would use more STRONGER words to describe my detest for the entirety of this show if it were allowed to be published.

I have followed Dr Caroline Leaf for a while and have always found some comfort in her podcasts so I was excited to get this book which I thought would help me. Unfortunately not. What a disappointment and is probably one of the most boring things I have read. Bought the book 4 years ago and never finished it. It was that boring and unhelpful.

Such a disappointment, was worried it was going to be a let down and it totally is. Itโs tarnished the reputation of the first one. Should have left it alone.
