A total and complete waste of time and effort by everyone, including some decent actors. No discernable plot, no character development; zero connection with the previous iterations. It's like a bunch of drunk film/art students got together and stitched together a bunch of entirely random genres and themes, and when they ran out of film and ideas, went off for an extended rummage in the BFI archive. The trailers were the best part of the evening. Avoid now and again when it's released on streaming services or television. Take out the bins, fix that sticking kitchen drawer, clip your toe nails; all better ways to spend your time.
