Sequals are amazing with the right movie, and then there are some movies that should have been left alone after the original movie, but in this case with THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE the Sequals were awesome until THE NEXT GENERATION was released that would have been a great stopping point in the series, but of course they kept going with the movies and in my opinion I feel like they started going down hill after THE NEXT GENERATION because the more movies they came out with the more I just lost interest in watching them, the story lines became boring and lame. Don't get me wrong THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE series is legendary and pure 100% horror classic and I do have much respect for the amazing creative minds that worked so hard to put this awesome set together, but..... I think that they should have stopped the Sequals after THE NEXT GENERATION was released to the public, I just don't think it was necessary to keep going with the franchise. Now remember this is just my opinion
