Ok, first of all I would have gave it 5 stars but there was a few things that left alot of questions at the end. I have not read the books but have seen the movie which I thought could have ended better or at least make 2 more movies to get the whole story of the Baudelaires. Now to the series, my wife and I binge watched all 3 seasons and dont get me wrong we loved it but it left alot of questions unanswered. First, what happened to the BAUDELAIRES and the QUAGMIRES? Did they find eachother and stay friends? Did the BAUDELAIRES even make it back after they left the island and where are they the whole time up to when Lemony Snicket meets his niece at the end? Did the other island castaways make it anywhere after the Incredible Deadly Viper brought them an apple? Also, what happened to th e rest of the VFD after the fire in the hotel? Where did Olafs " mentors"(the bearded guy and Lady with glasses) go after the trial and fire at the hotel? The big question I still have is who really started the BAUDELAIRES and QUAGMIRES fires? Oh, and did the Snow Scout orphans get rescued and rehomed? I THINK ALL THE ORPHANS SHOULD HAVE COME TOGETHER AND CONTINUED VFD AND VOLUNTEERING, or USE THEIR ENORMOUS FORTUNES TO REBUILD ALL THE BURNTDOWN LOCATIONS. Who knows that could be other book or two in the series of unfortunate events!
