I'm a huge Elvis fan and I mean huge! He is the reason I love all music so much. This is the first movie about him that really gave a more accurate dipiction of his life. Grant it, you can't tell his whole story and every moment in 2 hours and 39 minutes, but if you are a true fan, you will know the facts. If you never loved him, you will be they end of the movie. I love that this movie showed how his love for music began as an innocent little boy listening and falling in love with gospel music. Elvis was inspired by gospel music and the black culture and he was proud of it. He was a trailblazer during his time, that is certian. Austin Butler just blew me away! Seriously, he was born decades after Elvis' death, but at times, I had a hard time separating the two. His singing, moves, voice, it was all on point and Tom Hanks was amazing. Go see it! I hope this one wins some awards and I wouldn't be surprised if Austin Butler wins Best Actor, he was that good!
