Disappointing. As someone who has unlocked all achievements on Elden ring, I can safely say this game isn’t very good. Weird balancing, recycled bosses time and time again, the nightfarers are absurdly weak compared to the tarnished with some being better than others, solo expeditions are incredibly frustrated due to poor game design, and the game feels buggy and poor in general. I might just be bad and rusty due to me not having played a souls game in months, but I find the combat to be worse in nightreign than Elden ring. 4/10 game, but I’ll come back eventually and see if my review changes. If you buy this game, buy it on sale because I don’t believe it’s worth full price.
