Overall an affront to television. The show tries so hard to be funny and it tries so hard so frequently, every other second of the show there's a joke and I only laughed twice in the entirety of the first episode. Velma is so obviously a self-insert from Kaling and Velma is just such an antagonistic "protagonist" for a show. Without writing an entire Master's thesis worth of why I dislike this show I will just say I think you should watch it, only to understand why it's so bad so you too can come to review the show and also leave a 1 Star review. Hopefully this show gets cancelled.
