I quote from the Ebert review 'Death on the Nile - the Video game!' Fake sets, melodrama with none of the understated 'reality' of stuffiness and quirks and charm of 'British Society Manners' that Christie so deftly uses to set it off - and with which she creates a quiet and all the more disturbing menace. Yes all that has been pretty much vacuumed right out of this rendition. It is therefore boooooriiiiing.
