A very clever story with the solution not at all evident to the reader, but the clues are there.
A lot of humour in the dialogue. A character of the lower classes who continually expresses her stupid bigotry. In real life she would have been given the push.
Also some comments towards the conclusion about one of the murdered persons show complete lack of listening to the words being uttered. Once I realised this it lessened my appreciation of the characters in the story, but not of the story itself.
(Comments are a bit muddled, I fear, but I have a major long term headache, which sometimes reduces my writing capability. Anyway, read and enjoy even if you totally disagree with me.)
