They have gotten worse and worse through the years. They lost a good Pediatric Dentist in Suffolk a few years back. We now have to travel to Greenbrier for our youngest to be seen. Suffolk books 9 month appts instead of 6 month. And recently Greenbrier called me less than an hr before closing and canceled my daughter's appt for her to get sealants. By the time I got the message they had closed. I couldn't leave a voicemail and couldn't reach the office for 2 whole days. Once they were back in the office they say they can't get her in. My insurance changes 1/1/24. Now they want me to have a new Dentist do the work. That means I'll have to pay another deductible and wait even longer for her to get these sealants. LWSS is sorry and has become a company of greed. They use to be top notch with patient care but here lately they have ruffles too many of my feathers. I'm not referring anyone else to their practice!
