Urban Hawk

I found it really hard to get through this movie and had to take a break. Honestly even if the orginal didn't exist I would still feel the same. The flow and pacing was off. The writing wasn't great and the jokes were terrible, I never laughed once. Couldn't get invested at all with these versions of the characters and OMG!!!!!! the songs I couldn't stand them. But I will give it praise with something I actually really did like that wasn't in the orginal. Spoilers........... I really liked that moment in the bathroom between Cadey and Regina during the Sping Fling. Where both of them actually had a bit of a conversation about their actions, forgiveness and how they will change their ways. I actually thought that was great and will give the film the 1 star for that bit of character developement.

There were things I liked alot but others I didn't enjoy as much. Plot was great and I loved the strong message of brotherhood as in not in blood but by bond. Most of the chase scenes and the drama taking place inside the ambulance I really enjoyed. And for once it was nice to see Michael Bay actually giving a female character something important to do. Instead of just being the sexy girlfriend or eye candy with no purpose or personality. Actually there were a couple of good written women characters in this. I liked most of the characters and they were interesting and well acted. But the negatives are there were points when the editing was getting to much, even for a Michael Bay movie. Sometimes it was getting hard to tell what was happening as you were constantly getting bombarded with different shots with hardly any breaks from it. I did in the end come out the cinema with a headache. Some dialog and jokes were really cringy but overall I think the positives outweigh the negatives. If you like Michael Bay and his directing style you will like this alot. For me it is one of his better films story and character wise and do recommend.

I never knew I needed Ryan Reynolds and Mark Ruffalo to star along side each other in a film until now. Really enjoyed this one and has to be one of my favourite Netflix original movies....Heck it is in my top 5 favourite Ryan Reynolds movies. Loved the plot, all the cast and performances were brilliant. It was funny yet at the same time had emotional depths. So much so there were a few moments I choked up. Definately recommend this one.

I thought it was good. Nothing special or unique about it but wasn't expecting anything mindblowing. Cast did a good job with the script they had and the plot was straight forward and easy to follow. If you want something with loads of twists and turns you won't get it with this as it was easy to figure out what was going to happen. But I didn't mind.

Actually liked this one a bit better than the first. Had some issues but the animation was great. Loved the story arcs especially Lebron and Bug's. Plus there where real stakes in this which was a real step up from the original. Definately recommend.

Went into this movie not expecting to much but was blown away by it. Beautiful, crisp animation. Stella world building and character development. With a powerful message I haven't seen portayed so well in a Disney animated film since Zootopia. Films like this reremind me of the magic of Disney. When care is put before profile and they are not prioritising and making cash grabs. Here is hoping that the studio creates more quality stories like this in the future.
