Love Dolly- a talented writer. This book is well written, however I found it dragged and dragged. I kept reading hoping for something to change. It just seemed like someone moping around and complaining for 300+ pages. It was quite painful and annoying to read.
Didn’t find it funny, I found it quite dull. Like others have mentioned, the tone never changes. It reads as if the same chapter is repeating itself. Maybe that’s the point. I’m not sure.
