One of the Best movies of the 50's. Excellent cast and I believe the Peter Ustinov's portrayal of Nero was incredible! In my research after watching it on late TV I am stunned the he did not receive and Academy Award for his acting as the totally insane Nero!! What a big mistake on the part of the Academy.

It was a well done movie with much drama and suspense.Denzel Washington is one of my very favorite actors. I think I have seen everything in which he has ever appeared. He never fails to do an excellent job and delivers a truly remarkable performance always. I don't know if he has ever received an Oscar, but I think he should.
