I really wanted to like this movie, especially after watching John Krasinski's brilliant performance in Jack Ryan but no matter how hard I tried, I could stay interested to watch the movie. The starting 20 minutes are really great and engaging, but after that it all becomes like a video game. This was a missed opportunity to turn a real life story into something really powerful and inspiring, just like Argo, but it ended up disappointing big time. Michael Bay's mediocre direction and the weak script with cheesy one liners and not so subtle dialogues during intense scenes seemed really out of place. If I had watched this movie as a 13-15 year old child, I might have enjoyed it, just like Transformers, but watching this movie right now made me realize how uninspiring Michael Bay's direction actually is.
