Love the Rookie but wonder why all police vehicles have the driver and passenger windows halfway down. I notice all police cars I see on the road never have the windows down. They are always all the way up. The car's have air conditioning and I would think it would be easier for someone who doesn't like cops could throw something inside the vehicle. What do others think ๐ค
