Dear The Five Team: I had an issue with Juan acting like the Homeless Problems in Los Angels were isolated to Vets and Drugs, wow Juan really? I come from a Vet Family, and I just traveled there to get my Mother out of a Senior Building in the city of Norwalk CA, which is on the outskirts of LA. I rescued her from an infested building, the Rats were inside the walls and entering her apartment, she seen them entering underneath the linen closet, and gnawing at the walls at night! When I cleaned out the rest of her bdrm clothing closet, they had apparently been nesting in there, there was Rat Feces, there is an awful problem there in CA Juan! I would like to post a photo of all the Rat feces in a Box in that closet. This problem is affecting many and the Management discouraged my Mother from complaining anymore about the Rat problem in the building. It looks nice from the outside, but its a hell hole! Mgmt at the Apt Community has the same attitude as the Government in CA! Juan seems to also have that mindset. I was never so offended by his callous response! My mom was very ill upper respiratory, rat droppings dry and become a dust rendering a common vacuum cleaner as a delivery system for disease. Horrible conditions, something you should not take lightly Juan, the health of a vulnerable population!
