It's far from a perfect film but it was conceived and created within a year. It would not have held the same weight if they had waited... demonstrable in this weeks news.
We live in a world that celebrates and reveres the person who grabs the largest slice of birthday cake so that no one else can have any... this film pulls back the curtain on who those people are in their private lives in a way that I found uncomfortable and successful.
It left me thinking - if you have acquired wealth, fame and admiration by treating others poorly... what is any of it worth if people will celebrate when you die?
Lastly, the script is a little verbose sans on the nose JOKES but since when do we need that to enjoy a satire?
