Loved Rogue One and Godzilla, this movie is just full of holes and rushed. There are no twists or thought provoking concepts here. I can summarize it like this.... In this story about highly advanced technology, anything we have beyond today, the floating menace paints the targets it is going to destroy with a laser from the sky. Oh geez, wonder where I will be when I see that thing coming. And for the anti-AI stance the US takes, they sure have no problem having suicide bots at their disposal. This is very meh, even though I wanted to like it.
