I have read all of Grisham’s books, but will never finish this book: it simply is not my John Grisham, the author. Perhaps it is John Grisham writing a Mission Impossible screenplay. Not the style I know and love, which normally has soul, humor, varied characters that we come to care about, and a theme with meaning.
I, too, question: “who wrote this book????”
I refuse to pass it next to anyone I know.
