As a singular in-depth character study this is a brave and creative piece of film-making. Anyone expecting a typical DC thriller has been disappointed but maybe don’t understand film as a creative art so well also.

A stunning film from start to finish.

The director, the writer and the cast were the only things that let this film down. On a more positive note, it was well shot, and Hans Zimmer's music was reliably decent, which almost made some scenes worth watching. Just watch 'Heat' again if you're looking for a good heist thriller.
