I went with low expectations because of the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Contrary to what I heard, this film has heart, and a delicate through line. Its reflection about the human condition And our relationship with impermanence. But rather than being just maudlin, it captures the beauty of Relations to people and place and change over time. It was moving, and helped to see ourselves in a new way, allowing a spacious View about the human condition despite the singular location of the camera. I loved all the acting, but Paul Bettany was exceptional.
