Another Tasmanian based shocker worse than Deadloch and The Kettering Incident.. Australian script writers again struggle to keep a plausible plot beyond 2 episodes. Too many characters become grotesque stereotypes and the plot drifts into a farcical storyline. If it’s an attempt at Fargo style authenticity it fails, badly. From unlikeable children to the usual government baddies there’s nothing to enjoy about this series aside from the amazing Tasmanian wilderness. That’s well short of a quality tv series, should have ended the series at Ep 4.
