Being from the North, I’ve always admired Malayalam cinema for its depth and storytelling, but this disaster of a film was anything but a Malayalam movie. It felt like a clueless, meandering mess—held together only by the chaos of riots. As someone who has studied film appreciation, I can confidently say this film has absolutely nothing worth appreciating. I know people are showering it with praise purely because of the political propaganda behind it (though they’ll never admit it), but let’s be real—this is a disgrace to the Malayalam film industry, which has delivered far, far superior content in every way. A generous 2/10, just for the fact that it exists.
