Been a Dragon Age fan since Origins. Played it multiple times. DA2 was nice, Inquisition still not bad at all (replayed a few times), but this? I will be honest I didn’t even try Veilguard. When I was about to buy I was lucky to read reviews beforehand and a few YT shorts/videos about i’s wokeness and it put me off. To be clear I am supportive of inclusion and diversity. Zevran and Lelianna were great characters for example. However, DAO pushed for Diversity/inclusion in a subtle way instead of the propaganda throat shoving that Veilguard adopts. This is meant to be a fun game in dark theme world ravaged by war etc , not a lecture on social cues and pink unicorns. Everything that EA touches goes from gold dust to ashes…
