I’m really enjoying this series. I think Marc Warren is compelling. And, I think all the actors are great. I was a child when the original series was on TV and only have fleeting memories of it whilst watching when my parents were alive. I like it’s quirkiness. And, I enjoy that it’s not as violent and gruesome as Scandi Noir etc. I love its nod to 70s humour and slightly silly competitive nature of the team working with and under Warren’s flawed tyrannical leadership style. Sour TV critics reviews are not helpful.They don’t understand the nuances which relate it back to ts 70s model...it deserves a wide audience!
