I absolutely love this book I was diagnosed with manic depression at the age of 20 and I'm now 46 years old! This book has so much information on this disorder and I really liked reading about the genetic in manic depressive expecally on the adoption studies and I'm also adopted as well as living with Illness and I would recommend this book to anyone who is living with or just diagnosed with this illness
