I was overall pretty disappointed by the movie when it came out. The dialogue between the characters felt a bit lacking, and this storyline didn't do the Dan Brown book justice AT ALL. It stripped away all of the exciting elements that the book was able to offer and crammed the entire plot into a dull and poorly-planned out visual mess. I was also pretty disappointed with the character growth of Sienna Brooks in general. (SPOILER AHEAD) In the book, she was given a redemption arc after trying and failing to prevent an epidemic by herself, earning a happy ending by accepting to work with Elizabeth Sinskey and the WHO on how to stop Zobrist's virus, while in the movie, she was casted as the villain and met her end when trying to release the virus, completing Zobrist's goal. I just feel like she deserved more than the fate Ron Howard gave her. Anyways, some advice to you fellas: If you are considering watching this movie, then I highly suggest you go get yourself a copy of the book and read it first (if you haven't already), since it's much much better.
